Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund guidelines:
Salts & Perfumes
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on salts or perfumes for hygiene and safety reasons.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wholistic.com with your order number and photo evidence. We’ll gladly replace the item at our discretion.
Books
- All Sales Final: Book purchases are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wholistic.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
